Account Coordinator

Seattle, WA


We’re looking to add a new member to the Nectr Social team interested in building a career in the social media space. This role will be client-facing and require living within the Greater Seattle Area to service clients locally.


Duties and Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary liaison for all client accounts.

  • Respond timely and accurately to all client inquiries.

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.

  • Keep internal teams on track by facilitating communication and project deadlines across client relationships.

  • Clearly communicate the progress of weekly/monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external teams.

  • Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed.

  • Own the overall coordination of internal and external assets to keep the team organized.



  • 4-year college degree

  • 1-2 years of project management or account management or equivalent work in a marketing/advertising agency.

  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to resolve conflict within their assigned projects.

  • Extraordinary attention to detail & organization.

  • Able to manage multiple tasks and tight deadlines with confidence.

  • Experience working with social media platforms is a plus (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, Google Ads).

  • Understanding of organic/paid social media best practices.

  • Highly organized and deadline-focused with strong attention to detail while managing more than 10 client accounts.

  • Confident, self-starter able to work independently with clients and manage time efficiently.

  • Ability to be flexible in challenging situations.



  • Hourly position

    • $20-$35 / hour

    • 20-40 hours per week
